The IPORT CONNECT MOUNT Wedge is designed for AV integrators and IT teams deploying iPads as fixed control surfaces in boardrooms, reception areas, self-service kiosks, and point-of-sale environments. The wedge geometry holds the iPad at a comfortable forward-tilted angle for seated or standing users, eliminating the need for a separate stand or tilt bracket in counter-level installations.
The mount pairs exclusively with the IPORT CONNECT Case lineup, making it a natural extension for projects already built around the CONNECT ecosystem. The integrated non-removable USB-C cable delivers power to the iPad without requiring loose cable management, which matters in customer-facing installs where exposed wiring is a liability. For projects requiring power and data over a single run, the mount can be upgraded with the IPORT PoE+ Network Adapter, enabling network connectivity through a PoE+ switch without adding additional power bricks or adapters at the install point.
Compared to generic tablet stands or VESA-mounted solutions, the CONNECT MOUNT Wedge offers a finished, purpose-built appearance suited to professional permanent installs.
