The JBL ASB6115 is a portable unpowered subwoofer designed for live sound engineers and integrators who need extended low-frequency extension in modular PA arrays. The 2265H-1 Differential Drive transducer with dual voice coil and neodymium magnet construction delivers 800W continuous power handling (3200W peak) while maintaining low distortion across the critical 35 Hz–400 Hz response window. Built around a multiply hardwood enclosure with DuraFlex finish and 14-gauge steel grille, the ASB6115 withstands the physical demands of touring, festival deployment, and permanent installation.
Sixteen M10 suspension points enable flexible rigging configurations—ground-stacked for floor deployments or suspended in point-source arrays alongside JBL AE Series full-range cabinets. The integrated FIR tuning matches phase behavior to coaxial tops, ensuring coherent frequency integration without additional processing. Field-selectable impedance and Speakon connectivity integrate seamlessly into existing PA systems.
