Designed for live sound engineers and production teams who transport speakers to multiple venues, this gas-assisted tripod eliminates the physical effort of raising heavy loudspeakers by automatically lifting loads up to 40 lbs unassisted. The piston-assist mechanism replaces traditional manual cranking, reducing setup time and operator fatigue during multi-stop tours or frequent venue changes.
The cam-lock system provides tool-free height changes between 49.25" and 75.25" while maintaining secure speaker positioning under load. An adjustable third leg compensates for stage rake, riser angles, and uneven outdoor terrain without requiring shims or secondary stabilization. The integrated adapter sleeve accepts both standard 35mm and larger 38mm speaker pole mounts, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of powered and passive loudspeakers from JBL, QSC, Electro-Voice, and other professional manufacturers.
Built to withstand the demands of mobile production, this stand supports maximum loads up to 60 lbs with sufficient stability for mid-sized line array elements, powered monitors, and two-way point-source cabinets in corporate, festival, and house-of-worship installations.
