The K&M 11505 is a large foldable sheet music holder designed for musicians and conductors who need a reliable, adjustable reading surface attached directly to a vertical stand tube. The aluminum clamping element accepts tube diameters from 11 to 30mm, making it broadly compatible with mic stands, speaker stands, and dedicated music stands already in a stage or rehearsal setup. The steel extension arm allows stepless adjustment of both the distance from the tube and the angle of the desk, so performers can dial in the exact reading position without compromise.
The steel desk folds flat for transport and storage, reducing bulk in a crowded gear locker or case. For orchestral pit work, choir rehearsals, recording sessions, or live performance situations where a dedicated music stand is impractical, this holder converts existing vertical stands into a functional reading station. The aluminum clamping element features protective plastic inserts to prevent marring finished stand tubes, a practical detail that matters when working with rental or shared equipment.
