The K&M 12248 Concert Light is engineered for orchestra pit, chamber ensemble, and pit orchestra applications where controlled, low-spill illumination is essential. Six energy-efficient LEDs deliver consistent output across two selectable brightness levels, allowing musicians to match light intensity to venue conditions without disturbing other performers or audience sightlines.
A built-in anti-glare shield limits the light cone to the music sheet itself, making this stand light appropriate for professional concert and rehearsal settings where ambient light spill is unacceptable. The gooseneck arm provides precise directional adjustment to accommodate different stand heights, sheet sizes, and player positions without tools or repositioning the clamp.
The 12248 clamps to stands with a tube diameter up to 25 mm and operates on either three AAA batteries or a included mains power adapter rated for 110 V to 240 V AC, making it equally suited for touring orchestras, fixed rehearsal halls, and international touring productions. The carrying case included in the package protects the unit during transport between venues.
