- Heavy Flat Steel Plate Base Provides Superior Stability For Conductor Desk Setups
- Metal Lever Height Adjustment Enables Precise, Tool-Free Positioning
- 2-Piece Folding Rod Design Simplifies Transport And Storage Between Performances
- Screw Connection Compatible With A Range Of Conductor Desk Tops
The K&M 12330 orchestra conductor stand base is built for conductors, ensemble directors, and pit orchestras that need reliable, repeatable setup night after night. The heavy flat steel plate base distributes weight low and wide, eliminating the tipping risk that plagues lighter tripod-style stands when a conductor works dynamically across a large desk surface.
Height adjustment operates in 40 mm increments via a metal lever, giving conductors precise, repeatable positioning without tools. The 2-piece folding rod combination simplifies transport and storage between rehearsals and performances, making it a practical choice for touring ensembles and production companies managing multiple setups in repertory schedules.
Designed to accept a variety of K&M conductor desks via screw connection, this base integrates cleanly into mixed conductor setups where different desk surfaces may be swapped depending on repertoire or conductor preference. The all-steel construction delivers the rigidity and long-term durability that installed orchestral venues and rental houses require from a foundation piece that will see daily use across seasons.
