The K&M 14094 stage stool is designed for working musicians, engineers, and performers who need a reliable, adjustable seat across a variety of professional settings. Whether positioned at a studio console, placed on a rehearsal room floor, or used during a live performance, this stool delivers consistent support without demanding a dedicated setup every time.
The defining feature of this stool is its innovative Stop and Go castor system. A small adjustment ring controls whether the weight-dependent braking function is active or disengaged, giving the user direct control over mobility versus stability. When locked, the stool stays planted under load. When unlocked, it rolls freely, which is useful when repositioning between takes or during a set. This makes it a more functional choice than fixed-leg stools or basic rolling stools that offer no middle ground.
The pneumatic height adjustment accommodates a range of playing positions without tools, and the seat is finished in high-quality grained soft nappa imitation leather for long session comfort. The two-piece folding rod design supports practical transport and storage, while the five-leg plastic base distributes weight evenly and resists tipping on stage floors.
