The K&M 15244 flugelhorn peg is a practical mounting solution for brass instrument technicians, rental departments, and music educators who need reliable, instrument-safe storage on existing K&M peg systems. The plastic body keeps weight low while felt pads at the contact points prevent finish damage during extended display or storage. The rubber-covered peg top adds a secondary layer of protection at the bell contact area.
Compatibility is a key strength of this peg. It attaches directly to K&M peg holder 14301, peg base 17715, bracket 12210, and universal holder 44192, making it a straightforward addition or replacement component within an established K&M instrument storage system. The included peg adapter 15281 and M5 threaded connector ensure the peg integrates without requiring additional hardware for most standard K&M mounting hardware.
For repair shops, school music programs, or touring brass sections looking to expand an existing K&M wall or stand system, the 15244 delivers a purpose-built, instrument-safe flugelhorn solution that slots into a proven ecosystem without guesswork.
