The K&M 17540 is a purpose-built electric guitar stand designed for musicians and technicians who need reliable, repeatable stage setup without fuss. The steel frame provides a sturdy footprint whether it is deployed at a rehearsal space, on a live stage, or backstage during a changeover. The push-button locking screw system allows fast, confident width adjustment without tools, keeping gear transitions efficient during demanding production schedules.

The support arms are covered with a non-marring material that protects lacquer, poly, and nitro instrument finishes from contact damage. This matters in any professional context where guitars are rotated between sets or stored on stands for extended periods. The fold-flat design makes the stand easy to pack alongside instruments in a case or gig bag pocket, reducing the footprint in already-crowded stage and backline setups.
