The K&M 17570 Duet is a two-guitar floor stand engineered for musicians and technicians who need reliable, space-efficient instrument storage on stage, in the studio, or in a rehearsal environment. Its adjustable support arms accommodate acoustic, electric, and bass guitars without requiring tool changes or adapter swaps, making it a practical choice for players who switch between instruments mid-set or during tracking sessions.
The rubberized, non-marring support arms protect lacquer and nitrocellulose finishes from contact damage, which matters when touring-grade or vintage instruments are in use. A locking screw combined with a push-button system speeds up width adjustment, so the stand can be reconfigured quickly between sets or soundchecks. When the show is over, the stand folds down to a compact footprint that fits easily in a backline bag or road case pocket.
Compared to single-guitar A-frames, the Duet keeps two instruments organized and upright in roughly the same floor footprint, reducing cable clutter and retrieval time. The steel construction provides long-term rigidity without excessive weight, and the integrated pick holder adds a small but genuinely useful detail for working guitarists who need picks at hand during a performance.
