- Felt-Lined Contact Surface Protects English Horn Finish From Scratches
- Integrated M5 Threaded Pin For Direct Mounting To Compatible K&M Hardware
- Durable Plastic Construction For Reliable Daily Use In Professional Settings
The K&M 17731.017.55 is a black plastic peg designed specifically for English horn players and instrument technicians who need a reliable, instrument-safe support solution. The felt-lined contact surface prevents direct plastic-to-instrument contact, protecting lacquered and wooden finishes from scratches during rehearsal, performance, or instrument storage situations.
The integrated M5 threaded pin makes this peg directly compatible with K&M bracket 12210, peg holder 14301, and peg base 17715, giving orchestra pit techs and woodwind doublers the flexibility to configure support systems that fit their specific stand or rack setup. The durable plastic construction keeps weight low without sacrificing the structural integrity needed for repeated daily use in professional and educational settings.
