The ring slides over the extension tube and locks at any position along its travel, providing infinitely adjustable height security without tools or additional hardware.
Made from impact-resistant plastic, this collar-style locking ring holds up to the repetitive rigging and teardown cycles common in live sound reinforcement and touring lighting rigs. It is a direct replacement or supplemental safety component for compatible K&M tripod speaker stands, helping prevent unintended tube slippage during performance. Available in sizes to fit both 30 mm and 35 mm tube diameters, making it a practical stocking item for production companies and rental houses that run mixed stand inventories.
