The K&M 23800 is a compact steel microphone holder designed for live sound engineers and production teams who need a reliable mic-positioning solution without adding another stand to the stage. It clamps onto speaker stand tubes up to 1.181" in diameter, putting a 5/8" threaded connection point exactly where you need it for goosenecks, clip adapters, or standard mic clips.

This holder suits portable PA applications where space and setup time are at a premium. Rather than running a separate mic stand alongside a speaker stand, engineers can consolidate their footprint and reduce cable runs. The one-piece steel construction eliminates the loose hardware that commonly goes missing during touring or repeated event setups, making it a practical choice for rental companies and touring crews alike.

Compared to plastic clip adapters, the all-steel build holds its position under the vibration of high-SPL environments. Its small form factor and simple screw-on attachment mean it travels and deploys quickly, fitting naturally into a compact live sound or AV installation workflow.
