The K&M 24281 is a steel slip-on adapter engineered for integrators and production crews who need a reliable mechanical connection between a speaker cabinet and a tripod stand with a 35mm tube diameter. Where a bare speaker pole offers no positive attachment, this adapter provides a bolted, locked mounting point that stays put through setup, performance, and teardown cycles.
Two 11mm bore holes spaced at 115mm centers allow the adapter to bolt directly to a compatible speaker cabinet using the included M10 x 40mm hardware. A secondary locking screw holds the adapter to the stand tube, eliminating rotation or vertical creep under load. Because all mounting hardware ships with the unit, the adapter is ready to install on arrival without sourcing additional fasteners.
For portable PA deployments, corporate AV rental inventories, and installed sound applications where a fixed speaker-to-stand connection is required, this adapter removes the guesswork of hardware compatibility. The steel construction withstands repeated assembly cycles without thread wear, making it a practical long-term addition to any production or installation toolkit.
