The K&M 24350 is a fixed-installation wall and ceiling mount designed for broadcast studios, houses of worship, conference rooms, and installed sound environments where a floor stand is not practical. Engineers and integrators use it to position microphones and antennas at precisely the angle required without occupying floor space or creating trip hazards during events.
The ball joint assembly is the defining feature here. Unlike fixed-angle bracket alternatives, it lets the operator swivel the head a full 360 degrees and tilt up to 90 degrees after installation, so aiming adjustments can be made without removing hardware from the wall. The steel construction provides a stable platform with a 1.5 kg maximum load capacity, and the mount accepts both 3/8" and 5/8" threaded connectors, covering the full range of standard microphone and antenna hardware without adapters.
The 70 mm mounting plate and 205 mm wall clearance give enough standoff to clear molding and surface irregularities common in retrofit installs. Whether the application is a podium microphone in a lecture hall, an antenna for a wireless system, or a boundary mic over a conference table, the 24350 provides a clean, professional solution that stays out of sight once positioned.
