The K&M 24481 is a steel speaker wall mount built for integrators and install technicians who need a reliable, adjustable solution for permanently mounted loudspeakers in commercial, house-of-worship, hospitality, and corporate AV environments. The oversized 220 x 120 mm wall plate distributes load across a wider surface area, making it suitable for heavier cabinet installations up to 25 kg where smaller bracket footprints would be inadequate.
Positioning flexibility is a core strength of this bracket. The full 90-degree swivel range lets installers angle coverage left or right after the mount is secured, while the 0-to-negative-30-degree tilt range allows downward aim toward seating areas without requiring the speaker to be re-hung. This makes it practical for balconies, delay positions, stage fills, and zone coverage in rooms where speaker placement is fixed but audience geometry demands precise directional control.
The hook-in mounting system simplifies the install process considerably. The speaker bracket hooks onto the wall plate first, then locks with a screw, reducing the need for a second person to hold the cabinet during installation. At 104 mm of wall clearance, the mount keeps speakers close to the wall surface, which matters in tight corridors or low-ceiling spaces where projection depth is a concern.
