Studio engineers and production teams setting up monitoring environments on desks, consoles, or work surfaces need stands that hold position without damaging gear or transmitting unwanted vibration. The K&M 26773 Z-Stand table monitor stands are designed for exactly this job. Sold as a two-pack, they give stereo monitoring setups a matched pair of supports in a single purchase, simplifying setup in both temporary live production contexts and permanent studio or broadcast installations.
The flat steel plate leg construction gives these stands a low-profile footprint that works on crowded surfaces without sacrificing stability. Four rubber pads on both the base and the bearing plate serve a dual purpose: they grip the surface beneath to prevent shifting during sessions, and they decouple the monitor from the stand to reduce mechanical noise transfer. The maximum recommended load of 15 kg per stand covers the majority of nearfield and midfield studio monitors in active use today.
Available in pure white and structured black, the 26773 Z-Stand fits visual requirements across a range of install aesthetics, from clean broadcast and post-production suites to darker live mixing environments. For engineers and integrators who need a reliable, professional-grade monitor stand without the complexity of floor stands or isolation pads, this set delivers a purpose-built solution at the desk level.
