The K&M 37855 Ruka is a 3-section aluminum music stand built for musicians who move often and need a reliable, compact stand that doesn't compromise on usability. Whether for orchestral rehearsals, pit orchestra setups, recording sessions, or gigging instrumentalists, the Ruka delivers a full-size reading surface in a package that collapses small enough to fit in a standard gear bag.
The wide wire tray provides a stable platform for full orchestral scores, and the deep design keeps pages from sliding during performance. Height is adjusted with a simple knob mechanism, no tools required, making it easy to set up quickly at any venue. When the session is done, the stand breaks down into three sections and stores in the included carrying bag, keeping setup time low and transport hassle minimal.
Compared to heavier steel stands, the aluminum construction significantly reduces fatigue when carrying multiple pieces of kit. For players doubling on multiple instruments or educators setting up multiple stands per session, that weight savings adds up across a full rehearsal day.
