The K&M 85890 leveling adapter is designed for AV integrators and live sound engineers who use satellite speaker systems mounted on distance rods. When a subwoofer or base unit accepts a pole or distance rod, slight diameter tolerances can allow unwanted movement at the connection point. This adapter eliminates that play, providing a firm, stable interface between the rod and the satellite enclosure.

Each pack includes two adapter rings, intended to be placed at both sides of the distance rod for balanced support. The plastic construction keeps the accessory lightweight while maintaining the dimensional precision required to grip a 35mm tube securely. This is a purpose-built component for installers and touring crews who need consistent, repeatable speaker positioning without the risk of slippage or vibration-induced wobble during operation.
