The LEA Professional CS704D is built for AV integrators and system designers tackling small to medium-scale installed sound projects where remote management and network flexibility are non-negotiable. As part of the DANTE CONNECTSERIES — the first IoT-enabled professional amplifier family — the CS704D delivers four channels of output with per-channel selection between direct HiZ (70V or 100V) and LoZ, eliminating the need for separate transformers in mixed distributed and low-impedance systems.

Network connectivity sets this amplifier apart from conventional install amps. Integrators can leverage the built-in Wi-Fi access point, join an existing venue network wirelessly, or connect via Fast Ethernet over Cat5 or Cat6. LEA Cloud integration enables remote control, real-time monitoring, fault notifications, and system adjustments from any personal device without on-site presence — a direct operational advantage over amplifiers limited to local control only.

On the signal processing side, an Analog Devices Sigma 96kHz DSP with 32-bit core handles up to 48 dB/octave IIR crossovers, 8-band parametric EQ per channel, 100ms output delay, and a fully routable input matrix. Both analog balanced inputs and 8x8 Dante at 96kHz or 48kHz are supported alongside AES67 interoperability. External I/O provides hardwired remote on/off and amplifier health monitoring for installations requiring hardware-level integration alongside network control.
