The LEA Professional CS88 is engineered for AV integrators specifying distributed audio in small to medium-scale commercial installations — hospitality, corporate, houses of worship, and retail environments where reliable remote management is non-negotiable. Eight independently configurable channels with selectable HiZ (70V or 100V) or LoZ operation per channel give integrators the flexibility to mix speaker topologies within a single rack unit, eliminating the need for separate transformer-coupled amplifiers in hybrid systems.
As part of the Network CONNECTSERIES — the first IoT-enabled professional amplifier family — the CS88 connects to your infrastructure three ways: onboard Wi-Fi access point, client-mode Wi-Fi to an existing venue network, or FAST Ethernet via Cat5/Cat6. Once networked, the amplifier is fully accessible through LEA Cloud for remote monitoring, fault alerts, and control from any device, removing the need for on-site troubleshooting visits and reducing service overhead on distributed deployments.
On the DSP side, an Analog Devices Sigma 96kHz processor with 32-bit core delivers a fully routable input matrix, 48 dB/octave IIR crossover filters, 8-band parametric EQ per channel, and 100ms output delay — providing system tuning depth that would otherwise require external DSP hardware. Analog inputs, external I/O for remote on/off switching, and fault output monitoring complete the signal chain, making the CS88 a self-contained processing and amplification platform for permanent install workflows.
