The Lectrosonics C172 is a purpose-built cable clip for the HM172 earset microphone, designed for engineers and production teams who need reliable cable management in demanding live and broadcast environments. Loose cables on earset mics are a common failure point during performances and presentations. This clip addresses that directly by securing the cable at the correct point along the earset run, reducing strain on the connector and minimizing movement-induced noise.

Audio engineers working with Lectrosonics wireless systems in theater, broadcast, corporate AV, and house-of-worship installs will find this a practical addition when maintaining or assembling HM172 rigs. It is a replacement and spare-stock item for production companies and rental houses that deploy HM172 earsets regularly and need to keep kits complete between shows.
