The Lowell ACS-1506-WW is a compact 12-inch AC power strip designed for AV installers who need to power multiple wall wart-style supplies from a single rackmounted location. Six NEMA 5-15R receptacles spaced on 1.5-inch centers provide enough clearance for oversized power supply bodies that would otherwise block adjacent outlets on a standard strip. The 120VAC, 60Hz, 15A unit includes a built-in circuit breaker and a permanently attached 6-foot cord terminated with a NEMA 5-15P plug, eliminating loose cables behind the rack.
Steel construction with a black finish keeps the strip durable and low-profile in installed environments. Side-mount screws allow the unit to attach directly to the rear of Lowell US and USV series rack shelves, recovering usable rack space that would otherwise be consumed by a standard power strip sitting on the shelf surface. This mounting approach suits permanent AV installations in conference rooms, control rooms, houses of worship, and education facilities where clean cable management and reliable AC distribution are priorities. Installers should confirm spacing compatibility with their specific power supply dimensions before deployment.
