The Lowell ACS-2020-IG-6C-HW is a hardwired 60-inch power strip engineered for permanent AV installations where insulated ground receptacles and multi-circuit isolation are required. With 20 NEMA 5-20R I.G. outlets spread across 6 independent circuits, it supports hum-free, interference-resistant power delivery to sensitive audio, video, and control equipment. The insulated ground design keeps signal ground paths separate from the safety ground, a critical requirement in broadcast facilities, performance venues, houses of worship, and system integration projects where ground loops degrade system performance.
Termination is accomplished through a 6-foot non-metallic flexible conduit with pigtail leads, allowing a licensed electrician to connect directly to the facility's wiring without adapters or plugs. This hardwired approach eliminates the compliance and reliability concerns associated with cord-connected strips in permanent installs. The steel chassis with black finish is sized for large rack environments, with universal mounting brackets included for wall, counter, or rack deployment at a minimum of 35U of rack space.
