The Lowell ACSPR-2009-VTE is a 20A, 1U rack-mount power distribution unit built for AV integrators and system designers who need reliable power conditioning and surge protection in permanent installations. With nine NEMA outlets split between front and rear access, it supports flexible equipment layouts in equipment rooms, AV head-end racks, and broadcast facilities where mixed 15A and 20A loads are common.

The Advanced Multi-Stage Surge Protection uses TCR (Triple Clamping Redundant) technology to guard connected electronics against surges up to 72,000A at full operating capacity. LED status indicators provide at-a-glance confirmation of unit integrity, alerting technicians immediately if the suppression circuitry has been compromised and requires service. TCR technology is backed by a 10-year warranty, making this a long-term infrastructure investment rather than a consumable.

The integrated VTE (Voltage Tolerance Envelope) monitor adds a layer of protection that basic surge strips cannot offer. It continuously monitors line voltage and automatically disconnects outlets if voltage rises above 140V or drops below 100V, then auto-resets when normal voltage is restored. A lighted rocker switch provides direct control over five of the rear outlets, enabling sequenced power management without additional hardware.
