The Lowell ACSPR-RPC1-2009 is a 1U rack-mount power distribution unit engineered for installed AV systems, control rooms, and production rack builds where reliable power conditioning and remote management are non-negotiable. With a 20A rating and nine NEMA 5-15R receptacles distributed across a front and rear panel, it accommodates mixed switched and unswitched outlet configurations to suit signal processors, amplifiers, and network gear in a single rack space.

The Advanced Multi-Stage Surge Protection uses Triple Clamping Redundant technology to defend connected electronics against surges and spikes up to 72,000A. The VTE monitor continuously evaluates line voltage and automatically disconnects outlets when voltage strays outside the 100V-140V tolerance window, then restores power when conditions normalize. This auto-reset behavior eliminates the need for manual intervention in unattended installs. LED status indicators provide visible confirmation of unit health, and a 10-year warranty backs the TCR surge circuitry.

The remote power control circuitry separates this unit from basic strip-style PDUs. Rear terminal blocks accept momentary switches, maintained triggers, DSP-timed events, alarm systems, or sequencers, enabling integration into building automation, fire-code alarm interfaces, and AV control system sequences without additional relay modules. For integrators building life-safety-compliant rack systems or managing distributed equipment rooms, the ACSPR-RPC1-2009 delivers a level of control infrastructure that basic PDUs cannot match.
