The Lowell AP-300 is designed for integrators and facilities teams installing combined clock and speaker systems in recessed enclosures. The two-piece assembly pairs a full-perforated grille with a subplate that accommodates both a standard 12-inch analog clock and an 8-inch speaker in a single flush-mounted unit, eliminating the need for separate wall penetrations and reducing installation time in commercial environments such as schools, hospitals, offices, and public spaces.

The grille is formed from a single piece of 18-gauge steel with an integral frame border, providing the rigidity needed for permanent installations without additional reinforcement. Mounting can be oriented horizontally or vertically to suit the architectural layout of any room. The subplate is installed after the bracket and speaker are in place, allowing for a clean, sequence-friendly workflow during rough-in and finish stages. Note that the clock, speaker, and backbox are sold separately and are not included with this assembly.
