The Lowell DAT24-4242-B is a 24-inch wide, 42U enclosed server rack built for data centers, broadcast facilities, and AV equipment rooms where structural integrity and airflow management are critical. The 16-gauge steel frame and base are reinforced at load-bearing junctions, giving integrators confidence when populating the rack with heavy servers, amplifiers, or processing gear up to the 3150 lb rated capacity.

Airflow is handled through a fully vented front door and a vertically split vented rear door that requires minimal aisle clearance, making this rack practical in tight equipment rooms or back-of-house installs. Removable side panels with locks and a removable top panel with snap-in brush inserts let technicians route and manage cables cleanly without improvised solutions. Vertical cable management panels are included for PDU mounting or structured cabling runs.

The rack ships with swivel casters for staging flexibility, leg levelers for final positioning, and anchor brackets for permanent installs. Square-hole EIA-spaced adjustable rack rails and included 12-24 cage nut hardware mean it accepts standard rackmount equipment immediately.
