The frame accepts standard 8-inch speakers and includes a precision cutout sized to match specific clock brands, making it a purpose-built solution rather than a field-modified workaround.

Each unit is formed from a single piece of 18-gauge steel with welded mounting studs, providing the structural rigidity needed for long-term overhead installation. The white powder epoxy finish integrates cleanly into standard ceiling tile grids and institutional interiors. The DC802 series is available in versions compatible with Dukane, Faraday, Rauland, and Sapling digital clocks, allowing system integrators to match the grille frame to the paging and clock infrastructure already specified for the project.
