The Lowell FT17T is a 7U rack panel designed for systems integrators and AV technicians who need active thermal management inside standard 19-inch equipment racks. Racks loaded with amplifiers, DSPs, signal processors, and power conditioners generate sustained heat that passive ventilation cannot reliably handle. The included 6-foot cord with thermostat probe allows the fan to respond to actual rack temperatures rather than running continuously, reducing wear and acoustic impact during low-load periods.
