Lowell LDSR Desktop AV Rack With Easy-View Sloping Front | 7U

The Lowell LDSR series is designed for AV integrators and system installers who need a compact, desktop-mounted rack solution for small audio visual systems in conference rooms, classrooms, huddle spaces, and control positions. The 12-degree sloping front positions rack-mounted equipment at an angle that allows operators to read displays, access controls, and manage cabling from a natural seated position, eliminating the awkward posture required with vertical rack panels.

Construction is fully welded 16-gauge steel with a black wrinkle powder epoxy finish, providing rigidity without requiring assembly. Fixed-position mounting rails are tapped 10-32 with a printed RU scale for fast, accurate equipment placement. The front, back, and base are open, keeping cable management simple and allowing airflow without additional provisions. Rubber feet keep the unit stable on work surfaces. For installations requiring a rear enclosure, an optional rear access cover is available. A runner kit is also available separately for slide-in rack applications. The unit is rated suitable for UPS shipping, making it practical for integrators who drop-ship pre-loaded racks to job sites.

Available in 7U, 10U, and 12U rack space configurations, each at 18" depth, the LDSR series covers a range of small-system builds without over-sizing the footprint.
