The Lowell LGR Series is built for AV integrators and systems contractors who need a robust, field-proven rack platform for installed environments. The fully-welded steel construction with a 14-gauge steel base reinforced at load-bearing junctions delivers a 3150 lb load capacity, making it suitable for densely populated equipment rooms, control rooms, and multi-bay AV rack builds. The 23-inch wide open-frame footprint is designed to gang multiple units side by side, with open sides featuring 2-inch holes for clean, managed cable runs between bays. Two pairs of fully adjustable rails are tapped 10-32 with a printed RU scale, accepting standard 19-inch rack equipment without modification.

The configurable top accepts optional 19-inch fan panels for active thermal management, a critical consideration in enclosed or high-density installs. Multiple lacing points, knockout panels, and integrated cable holes keep signal and power runs organized across complex systems. Pilot point screws with captive washers, a grounding stud, threaded inserts for optional leg levelers, and beveled corners reflect a design engineered for professional installation rather than consumer use. The black-textured powder-coat finish suits both exposed and concealed rack rooms.
