The Lowell LXR Series is engineered for AV integrators who need standards-compliant rack space in locations where conventional rack enclosures simply do not fit. The 19-inch wide footprint slides into millwork cabinets, IT closets, and credenzas while still accepting full-width rack gear. It also deploys as a stand-alone or gangable floor rack, giving integrators flexibility across a wide range of installed AV environments including conference rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and hospitality spaces.

Unlike enclosed rack cabinets, the open-frame construction keeps airflow unrestricted and simplifies cable routing from every angle. Obrounds on the open sides, vents and knockouts on the top, and a large center opening in the base give installers multiple clean cable paths without cutting or drilling. The steel top accommodates Decora-style devices through factory knockouts, reducing the need for additional wall plates or surface-mounted hardware.

The LXR Series is available in multiple rack unit heights and two depth options, allowing integrators to right-size the rack to the available enclosure rather than compromising on capacity. The heavier-gauge corner-post rails are tapped 10-32 with a printed RU scale for accurate, fast equipment placement. Smooth black powder-coat finish suits finished interior environments where exposed metalwork must blend cleanly. All units ship unassembled for easy transport through narrow doorways and tight access points.
