The Lowell RCC Remote Consolidation Cabinet is built for AV integrators and network technicians who need to wall-mount rack equipment in occupied spaces without sacrificing usable depth or structural integrity. The dual-bay layout separates horizontal panel mounting from vertical equipment mounting, letting installers organize patch panels and active network gear independently within a single low-profile enclosure. The shallow footprint minimizes room intrusion, making these cabinets well suited for classrooms, conference rooms, hospitality installations, and other finished environments where a full-depth rack is not practical.
Constructed from 16-gauge USA-certified steel with 11-gauge rails, the cabinet is engineered for long-term stability under real load conditions. Rear cutouts allow the unit to fit over wall obstructions and simplify cable routing without requiring additional chase work. The reversible vented front door accommodates left or right swing to match the install layout, and the included electrical box in the base keeps low-voltage infrastructure consolidated. Available in two heights and two rack space configurations, the RCC series gives integrators the flexibility to match the enclosure to the equipment list rather than the other way around.
Dual-punch rails accept 10-32 screws included with the unit, plus square openings for 12-24 or 6mm hardware, covering the full range of rack equipment found in commercial AV installs. The side key lock, knockouts in top and base, bridge lances, and optional fan kit compatibility reflect a design built around real installation workflow rather than simplified OEM assumptions. Made in the USA and finished in Network-Grey powder coat, the RCC series delivers professional-grade durability for permanent installed environments.
