The Lowell RRN-44 rack rails are purpose-built for integrators and AV professionals installing equipment into Lowell's LGNR narrow rack series. At 44U capacity, these rails suit permanent installations where vertical space is fully utilized, from equipment rooms and AV closets to broadcast and production racks where depth adjustability matters. The side-channel design of the LGNR rack allows rail positioning to be shifted deeper into the rack, giving installers flexibility when accommodating equipment with varying depth profiles.
Fabricated from 11-gauge U.S. steel with a black powder epoxy finish, the RRN-44 rails are built for the rigors of permanent installed environments. The printed RU scale runs the full length of each rail, eliminating guesswork during rack population. These rails accept standard 10-32 threaded screws, compatible with the vast majority of professional rack-mount equipment. Mounting hardware is included, and rails are sold in pairs, so a single purchase completes the installation. Lowell specifies 1U position placement at the bottom of the rack to ensure consistent, stable loading across all equipment tiers.
