Lowell RRT Series 10-32 Rack Rails for Millwork | 14U

AV integrators and systems installers building custom millwork enclosures need rack rails engineered specifically for that application. Off-the-shelf rack strips designed for standard relay racks rarely align with the tolerances of custom cabinetry, and improvised solutions introduce alignment errors that complicate equipment mounting and cable routing. The Lowell RRT Series addresses that gap directly, with rails machined to fit 19.062-inch openings in custom millwork and tapped to accept standard 10-32 threaded fasteners.

Constructed from 11-gauge steel, these rails provide the rigidity required to support populated rack gear in installed AV environments such as boardrooms, classrooms, hospitality spaces, and broadcast furniture. A printed rack unit scale runs the length of each rail, letting installers position equipment precisely without manual measurement during setup. The reverse side of each rail serves as a wire management channel, keeping signal and power cables organized behind mounted gear. Rails are sold in pairs, covering both the left and right mounting positions for a complete rack column.

Hardware is not included with any size in the RRT Series, allowing integrators to specify fasteners to match their millwork and equipment requirements. Available in multiple rack unit sizes to accommodate builds ranging from compact credenza installations to full-height custom enclosures, the RRT Series gives integrators a purpose-built solution rather than a workaround.
