Designed specifically for Lowell slim frame 19-inch wide racks in the LXR and LVR Series, these steel side panels deliver a finished, ventilated enclosure without requiring a full rack cabinet. AV integrators and installation teams working with wall-mount or floor-standing slim rack builds rely on these panels to complete the frame, protect internal components, and maintain airflow through dedicated top and bottom vents.
The powder-coat steel construction gives each panel durability suited to permanent installed environments, including server rooms, AV equipment closets, and front-of-house racks in houses of worship, corporate AV, and educational facilities. Recessed handles allow lift-off access for servicing gear without tools, and panels can be secured with screws when the application calls for a locked configuration. Each pair extends the rack depth by one inch and increases rack width by 1.25 inches, so integrators should factor this into wall niche or rack bay planning. Panels are sold in pairs, covering both sides of the rack in a single order.
