The Martin Lighting MAC Encore Performance WRM is built for lighting designers and production teams who demand color-accurate, camera-safe output from a moving wash fixture. Its 468 W custom LED engine produces 9,200 lumens of fixture output with a CRI, CQS, and TLCI each exceeding 90, making it equally at home in broadcast studios, live concert touring, and permanent theatrical installs where skin tones and saturated stage colors must both read accurately on camera and to the naked eye. The 3000 K warm tungsten emulation with variable CTB up to 7000 K gives designers the full daylight-to-tungsten range from a single source, eliminating the need for separate fixture types across a rig.

Where the MAC Encore Performance WRM separates itself from comparable moving wash heads is in the density of its effect system. CMY color mixing, a six-position dichroic color wheel, five interchangeable rotating gobos, an animation wheel, rotatable four-blade framing module, variable iris, and soft frost operate together under 38-channel DMX control with 16-bit resolution on pan, tilt, zoom, focus, dimmer, and rotating gobos. The 1:4 motorized zoom covers 12 to 48 degrees with auto-linked focus, and the framing blades rotate the entire module plus or minus 55 degrees with individual blade adjustment of plus or minus 30 degrees, enabling high-precision repeatable cues that hold night after night on tour or season after season in a repertory house.

Thermal management is handled by a combined convection and forced-air system with user-selectable output-versus-noise profiles, keeping the fixture quiet enough for orchestral or broadcast environments without sacrificing output. Three-phase stepper motors with absolute position monitoring deliver the silent, repeatable pan and tilt movement that production riggers and programmers rely on. The fixture ships in two packaging configurations to match procurement and logistics workflows, so teams can match their road case and inventory requirements from the point of purchase.
