The Martin Atomic 3000 LED is built for lighting designers and production crews who need the punch of a traditional xenon strobe without the power overhead. At 180,000 lumens peak from 228 Cree XP-L LEDs, it matches the output of its predecessor while cutting typical power consumption to 663W, making it viable on tighter rider budgets and smaller distros. The 4-channel DMX mode is a direct drop-in replacement for existing Atomic 3000 DMX rigs, meaning consoles, cues, and infrastructure carry over without reprogramming.

Beyond strobe duty, the fixture functions as a creative wash tool. Sixty-four Osram RGB LEDs fire into the classic reflector as an aura backlight, producing the halo look associated with high-end moving wash fixtures. Internal FX macros cover blinder, ramp up/down, random flash, lightning, and spike effects, reducing the programming time needed to build complex strobe sequences. The 14-channel extended mode unlocks full aura control and all macro parameters from any DMX console.

For touring and theatrical installs, the Atomic 3000 LED accepts the original Atomic Colors gel scroller via an integrated 4-pin XLR power and data supply, preserving color looks from legacy designs. RDM support via ANSI/ESTA E1.20 and firmware updates over USB or DMX through Martin Companion keep the fixture manageable across long runs. IP20-rated for indoor use, it mounts at any orientation on the included adjustable bracket with M12 and quarter-turn fastener points.
