The Martin Lighting ELP Zoom Lens Tube is designed for lighting designers, production engineers, and installed-venue technicians who need variable beam control from a professional LED ellipsoidal platform. Compatible with the Martin ELP CL fixture body, these zoom lens tubes extend the fixture's optical flexibility beyond the fixed-angle lens tube options, making them the preferred choice for touring productions, theatrical installs, broadcast studios, and houses of worship where beam angle requirements shift between events or programming cycles.

The ELP CL fixture these tubes pair with is built around 91 RGBAL Luxeon Rebel LEDs engineered in Denmark, delivering up to 6,900 lumens in High Output mode with a CRI exceeding 85 and CQS above 90 in High Quality mode. Gear-driven Fine Focus, an industry first, provides tactile beam adjustment without requiring data flow to the fixture, which reduces setup time during load-in and focus calls. Sixteen-bit dimming with four selectable curves and 26 color presets matched to industry-standard gel filters give programmers precise, repeatable control over every cue. Flicker-free operation at 600-2400 Hz PWM makes these fixtures reliable in broadcast and camera-heavy environments where lesser fixtures produce interference artifacts.

Available in two beam ranges and two housing colors, the zoom lens tubes integrate with the same universal accessory ecosystem as the fixed-angle ELP tubes, accepting standard gel frames, gobo holders, and rotators without adapter hardware. For integrators managing mixed inventories across multiple venues, this cross-compatibility reduces spare-parts overhead and simplifies replacements. Martin recommends genuine Martin accessories for peak performance, and the die-cast aluminum housing ensures the durability needed for repeated rigging, focusing, and seasonal rotation in demanding production schedules.
