Where comparable fixtures require frequent lamp changes or sacrifice optical precision for weather resistance, the Exterior Projection 500 pairs an IP66-rated cast aluminum housing with a motorized focus system and four independent layers of dynamic effects: color, gobo projection, gobo animation, and prism or frost. This layered effects architecture gives lighting programmers control depth typically reserved for moving-head fixtures, in a compact form factor suited for fixed pointing positions. DMX, RDM, and standalone operation are all supported, with 16-bit resolution on gobo indexing, rotation, focus, and intensity for fine-grained cue control.

Available in four beam angle variants and two finish options, the Exterior Projection 500 is rated for ambient temperatures from -30 degrees C to 45 degrees C, carries C5-M corrosion resistance for marine environments, and meets global safety and EMC approvals including UL, CE, RCM, and BIS. An integrated heater element ensures reliable cold-weather startup without warm-up time when power is maintained.
