- Narrow Diffuser Converts Beam Angle For Tighter Architectural Wash Coverage
- Designed For Seamless Integration With Exterior Wash 300 Fixture Family
- Supports Precise Light Placement To Minimize Spill On Adjacent Surfaces
- Expands System Flexibility Without Requiring Additional Fixture Hardware
The Martin Lighting Exterior Wash 300 series is engineered for permanent outdoor architectural lighting, covering large building facades, bridges, and structural installations where long-term reliability and color accuracy are non-negotiable. The fixture family uses separate RGBW LEDs driven by an integrated power supply with full DMX and RDM control, all housed in a cast aluminum IP66 enclosure rated for marine and high-corrosivity environments. For lighting designers and architectural integrators, the available diffuser kits are a critical part of system design, allowing beam angle to be matched precisely to throw distance and surface geometry without swapping fixtures.
The narrow diffuser kit is the right choice when projects require controlled light placement on tighter targets at moderate throw distances, avoiding spill onto adjacent surfaces or into occupied areas. This is particularly relevant for facade lighting where fenestration detail, signage, or structural articulation demands a disciplined beam rather than a flood. The kit integrates cleanly with the fixture's existing form factor, preserving the clean profile required for discreet architectural installations. Paired with the Exterior Wash 300's full-gamut color calibration and tight binning from Cree LEDs, the narrow diffuser maintains color consistency across arrays of fixtures, which is essential for large-scale wash installations where uniformity is visible to the public.
