Martin Lighting Lighting Leader Cable | 2m | EU

The Martin Lighting Leader Cable is the dedicated power and data input cable for Martin Exterior Linear CTC Cove luminaires, supplying both line voltage and DMX/RDM signal through a single run of 8-pin custom connectors. Lighting designers and systems integrators working on architectural cove lighting, facade illumination, and permanent installation projects rely on this cable to bring power and control to the first fixture in a daisy-chained run without the complexity of separate power and data pathways.

Because the Exterior Linear CTC Cove system integrates its power supply and DMX decoder internally, the Leader Cable is the only input connection required at the head of each fixture chain. This approach reduces conduit fill, simplifies commissioning, and eliminates the external control boxes common to competing architectural LED systems. Available in 2m and 10m lengths and in EU and US regional configurations, the cable family covers close-proximity and longer first-drop scenarios across international installations.

The 8-pin custom connector interface is purpose-built for the Exterior Linear platform, ensuring a secure, weatherproof connection suited to the IP66-rated fixtures it serves. Integrators specifying Martin CTC Cove systems for hospitality, retail, broadcast studios, or outdoor architectural applications will find the Leader Cable the correct starting point for every fixture run.
