Martin Lighting Lighting Connector Cable | 1m | EU

Martin Lighting Connector Cables are purpose-built power and data extension cables for use with Martin Exterior Linear fixture chains. Each cable carries both AC power and DMX/RDM data through a single 8-pin custom connector, eliminating the need for separate signal runs between fixtures and keeping installations clean and code-compliant. The cables are the specified interconnect for chaining Exterior Linear 320 and 1220 series cove fixtures, and selecting the right length avoids excess slack or strained connectors at every junction point.

Lighting designers and installation crews working on architectural cove lighting, facade illumination, and permanent outdoor installs will find these cables indispensable for completing a Martin Exterior Linear system. Because the fixtures themselves handle internal power conversion and DMX decoding, the cable's sole job is to pass power and data reliably between units. The 8-pin custom connector format is keyed for polarity safety and locks securely, which matters on installations subject to vibration or thermal cycling. Cables are available in lengths from 0.2m to 10m and in EU and US regional variants to match local connector standards, giving integrators the flexibility to configure runs precisely without field-fabricating custom lengths.

Choosing manufacturer-specified extension cables over field-made alternatives preserves the IP66 environmental rating of the fixture chain at every connection point and keeps the installation within the compliance envelope of the fixture's global certifications. An end termination cap is available separately to seal the final fixture in any chain.
