The narrow lens profile focuses output for applications where a tighter throw angle is required, such as column-lit architectural facades, narrow stage wash sections, or pixel-mapped video walls where beam spread control is critical.
Unlike standard diffuser fronts that broaden output, the Lens Array Narrow option channels light for greater directionality while maintaining the full-gamut pixel calibration and 16-bit color processing of the underlying fixture. The accessory integrates without disrupting the IP65-rated environmental performance of the VDO Fatron 20 system, making it equally suited to permanent outdoor installs and temporary festival or touring deployments. Available in two lengths to match the fixture lengths in the VDO Fatron 20 range, the lens array is also fully interchangeable with all other optical fronts in the VDO Fatron accessory ecosystem, including the complete diffuser lineup, allowing rapid reconfiguration between events or design phases.
The VDO Fatron optical accessory system is compatible with the combined power and data cabling infrastructure shared across Martin VDO Sceptron and VDO Dotron product families, and supports control via Martin P3 System Controller with VideoMapping, hybrid DMX plus P3, and direct DMX operation. This cross-family consistency reduces inventory complexity for integrators and rental houses managing mixed VDO installations.
