The MDG Me4 is engineered for productions that require sustained, high-volume fog output without interruption. With four independent nozzles and a 100% duty cycle, it maintains consistent fog density at any output level as long as fluid and gas are supplied — making it the right tool for large-scale theatrical productions, touring concerts, arena events, and broadcast stages where lesser machines would overheat or cycle off.

DMX/RDM integration gives lighting programmers precise variable control from 0–100% output via three standard USITT DMX512 channels with XLR-5 connectors, while a 4-button LCD interface supports direct local operation without a console. The RDM-compliant architecture allows real-time feedback and remote configuration from the lighting desk — a meaningful operational advantage in complex rigs where access to the unit is limited.

The Automatic Purging System (APS) actively clears heating modules after each fog emission to prevent residue buildup and nozzle clogging, reducing maintenance downtime between shows. With CE, CSA, and UL approval, the Me4 meets the compliance requirements for professional installed and touring use across North American and European markets.
