The Neutrik NAC3MPX-TRUE1 is a male powerCON TRUE1 airtight receptacle engineered for touring production, outdoor installations, and any application where exposure to moisture, dust, or UV demands an uncompromising power connection. Unlike standard appliance couplers, this connector combines a positive-locking twist mechanism with genuine IP65, IP66, and IP67 environmental sealing — either mated or with the integrated cap in place — making it suitable for production-line airtightness testing and real-world outdoor deployment.

What sets the TRUE1 airtight series apart from conventional powerCON connectors is its breaking capacity (CBC), meaning the connector can be safely connected or disconnected under load without requiring the circuit to be de-energized first. This is critical for live production environments where speed and safety must coexist. The 1/4" flat tab terminals accept up to 2.5 mm² / 12 AWG wire, covering typical touring power distribution and stage equipment wiring gauges.

Dual certification under both European (ENEC, VDE, IEC 60320-1) and North American (UL 60320-1, UL 498, CSA 22.2 No. 60320-1) standards makes the NAC3MPX-TRUE1 a single connector solution for internationally touring rigs and globally distributed equipment manufacturers. The polyamide PA 66 shell and stainless steel locking element ensure the connector survives the mechanical abuse of frequent rigging, road cases, and stage repatching across its rated lifecycle.
