The Powersoft UNICA 8M is an 8-channel installed-sound amplifier platform built for integrators and audio professionals who need scalable, network-managed power in a single 1U chassis. The platform supports 70V and 100V distributed audio systems, making it a direct fit for commercial installations in houses of worship, corporate campuses, hospitality venues, cruise ships, and any multi-zone environment where consistent coverage and central control are priorities.
UNICA's third-generation output section and proprietary architecture deliver a high signal-to-noise ratio while reducing wasted heat through an efficiency-focused power supply and redesigned heatsink. Third-party control integration is built in, with native support for Q-SYS, Symetrix, and Crestron, so UNICA drops into existing system architectures without custom middleware. ArmonÃaPlus 2.7 adds Dolby Atmos Connect patching and Dynamic Music Distribution, extending the platform's capability in premium multi-zone installs.
The 8M family is available in four output levels, giving integrators the flexibility to right-size amplification for each zone or project without changing processor type, mounting footprint, or control workflow.
