The ProCo Sound DMX2U-BO-6 is a 2-universe DMX breakout fan designed for lighting engineers and production crews who need to run multiple DMX universes over a single Cat6 or Cat5e cable run. By terminating two DMX lines into one Neutrik EtherCON connector, it dramatically reduces cable clutter at the console end and simplifies long-distance universe distribution across touring rigs, installed venues, and broadcast stages.

This breakout fan is fully compatible with ProCo's DoC4U-I and DoC4U-O Break In/Out Boxes, allowing it to function as either the console-side or fixture-side breakout in a complete DoC system. The DoC4U boxes are available with eyelet or truss-clamp mounting options, making the system practical for both floor-based and overhead truss installations. The 6-foot fan length provides comfortable working slack at patch points without excess cable bulk.
