The ProX XT-BTD1206 is a 6-foot, 12-inch I-beam bolted box truss segment built for production riggers, lighting designers, and event integrators who need reliable structural components for stage lighting grids, concert structures, and large-scale fabricated builds including obstacle course frameworks. The BoltX system uses an industry-standard 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" bolt pattern with 5/8" holes, making it cross-compatible with most other 12" professional box truss manufacturers and straightforward to integrate into existing inventory.
Where ProX separates itself from competing truss manufacturers is at the end plate. Each segment features heavy-duty aluminum end plates welded on both sides and exclusive circular rings at every corner of the truss. This design absorbs the real-world abuse of truss being dropped or dragged across concrete during load-in and load-out, reducing the costly tube-end damage that standard flat-plate designs are prone to. Welding is performed to TUV standards by GSI SLV-certified welders using 6082-T6 alloy, and every section is load-tested and inspected during manufacturing to ensure consistent fitment at every connection point.
